To comprehensively summarize the achievements of 2024 and clarify the direction for 2025, to inspire unity and combat effectiveness among 

our team, Ipandee grandly convened the 2024 Annual Summary and 2025 Strategic Planning Conference with the theme "Unite Hearts and 

Minds for Excellence, Forge Ahead to Write a New Chapter." The conference reviewed the original intentions, processes, and outcomes of 

research, production, and sales in 2024. It also laid out the tasks for each track in 2025. Company leaders, department heads, and 

representatives of all employees gathered to collectively reflect on the past year's journey and outline the blueprint for the new year.

At the beginning of the meeting, heads of various departments reported their work achievements and experiences in 2024 around the core links of "research, production and sales".
