A: It is stated that all controllers undergo rigorous testing before leaving the factory to ensure that each controller can communicate normally. If the user cannot connect to the host computer, please check in the following order:
1) Is the software installed incorrectly? There is a configuration CD in the product package, please install the corresponding software according to the purchased series;
2) Insert the RJ45 to RS232 cable into the computer and controller. Please check if the computer can automatically recognize the COM port. If it is not recognized, please change the computer with the COM port.
3) Please open the product cover, please check if the connection between the control board and the motherboard is unstable due to transportation;
4) Then try again. If there is a COM port displayed in the computer, open the host computer, click on the COM communication method, and then automatically connect within 10S. If it doesn't work, please turn off the controller completely, then restart and try again. (No matter what state, as long as the controller is turned on, it can communicate)
5) If you still can't, please contact the dealer;

10. Why can't I connect to a PC with a LAN?
A: The statement requires users to understand local area network knowledge;
1) Pay attention to the need to restart after the controller is set to take effect;
2) Use a good quality network cable, when inserting the LAN port, make sure that the port light will flash;
3) Ensure that the controller, PC, and router are on the same LAN; principle: the gateway is the same, and the IP address is different;
4) Use the PING tool to determine that the controller, PC or router is on the same LAN;
5) The communication mode of the host computer is TCP instead of COM, and the host computer needs to input the IP address of the controller;
