According to Mr. Chen, our sales engineer, I visited hundreds of users who used our SMART1, SMART2, eSmart users, some customers feedback, the battery is new, but there is a problem of charging dissatisfaction, summing up the main reasons for user feedback. Let Xiaobian tell you!

1. The battery type selected by the controller is not selected;

Reason: Different battery types have different charging voltages and floating charging voltages, especially lithium batteries;

Solution: Please select the type of rechargeable battery for the controller; if it is a lithium battery, you can set it yourself; please refer to the product manual of the series I-Panda .

2. The temperature sensing line is not inserted;

Cause: Since the controller has the battery temperature compensation function, if the battery temperature sensing line is not inserted, the battery temperature detected inside the controller is not normal, between 0 and 100 degrees Celsius.

In particular, the eSmart series controller changes extremely fast, causing the CPU to think that the battery temperature is too high, thereby lowering the charging voltage, entering the constant voltage charging mode and the floating charging mode in advance; thereby reducing the charging current, resulting in the battery not being able to be fully charged;

Solution: Please insert the configured temperature sensing line to ensure normal connection; you can read whether the battery temperature is connected by the host computer software;
