How to choose MPPT controller?
Answer: The MPPT controller is related to the total power of the solar panel and the battery system voltage. The approximate algorithm is as follows: According to the calculation formula P=U*I, the rated current of the MPPT controller can be obtained. For example, the total power of the solar panel is 2000W, the battery system voltage is 48V, then the rated current I=2000W/48V=41.6A, so choose a 50A 48V MPPT controller larger than 41.6A; for details, please refer to the calculation formula of our website;
How can my solar panels be connected in series and parallel to maximize the efficiency?
Answer: The total open circuit voltage Voc of the solar panel cannot exceed the PV input maximum open circuit voltage of the MPPT controller, and the total working voltage Vmp of the series cannot be less than the controller charging voltage;
